7.       Copies of Beneficiary’s degrees and diplomas and detailed resume.

8.       Biographical Information for Beneficiary like passport, birth certificate and marriage certificate.

9.       VERY IMPORTANT: Source of Funds: Bank Statement for Beneficiary showing funds including any wire transfers or transactions and

          explanations.

10.     Any gift letters if money is used that belongs or someone else.
